What are your opening times?

We are open 24/7.

Are you insured?

Yes. All of our operations are insured.

Do you have full liability cover?

Absolutely. We are professionals and take care in our work, but we also know that there are always risks when you are removing waste so it is vitally important to maintain full liability cover.

Do you hold an environmental waste licence?

Yes. If you decide not to go with our services, please check that the company you are dealing with holds one of these.

Do you provide a Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note?

Absolutely. Even if you decide not to go with our services, please ensure that whoever clears your waste provides you with one of these. It will protect you from potential liabilities if they dispose of your rubbish inappropriately.

What areas do you cover?

We cover all of London and the South East of England. For an example list see the areas covered page, although don’t worry if your area is not on there – just give us a call and there’s a good chance we can help.

Do you offer a one-off house or flat cleaning?

Yes. In addition to clearing away all waste/rubbish we can also offer professional cleaning services to get a property ready for sale, for end-of-tenancy agreements or as part of a probate.

How many of your team come to a clearance?

It depends on the size of the job, but typically it will be between two and six people depending on the volume of items and rubbish that needs to be cleared.

Can you clear everything from a house - including loft, cellar, garages and sheds - in a day?

Yes. We aim to complete all residential jobs on the same day and will simply send extra men, lorries and vans depending on the size of the job.

Are there additional costs?

We do our best to fix the quote for a job and stick to it. Any unexpected costs will be communicated up front.
